About
Robots and humans, working together.
Jinzo Labs is a young robotics company with a simple conviction: the value of a robot is decided by everything around it. The goal it's pointed at, the training behind it, and the day-two reality of keeping machines healthy — that's where deployments succeed or stall, and that's the work we take on.
We start every engagement with the client's goal, then source the robots and automation that fit it. Every task is trained in simulation on our in-house GPU compute — hundreds to thousands of hours before hardware enters a work environment — and every fleet runs on one platform: a portal where operators see status, telemetry, service plans, and training for every robot they run. Our own fleet of humanoids and quadrupeds is how we prove the model on our hardware before we ask customers to trust it.
The mission isn't robots instead of people. It's robots alongside them — taking the dull, the dangerous, and the repetitive, with humans running the fleet and making the calls.
How we're different
Three principles we run on
Simulation-first
We validate every deployment in digital environments before touching hardware. Surprises belong in the simulator, not on your floor.
Software-first
Hardware depreciates; integration compounds. We treat every deployment as an engineering project with an owner, not a shipment with a tracking number.
Operator-honest
If a robot isn't the right tool for your job, we'll say so. A deployment that fails quietly costs everyone more than an honest 'not yet.'
Want to build with us?
Whether you're scoping a first pilot or scaling a fleet, we start with the same thing: an honest conversation about your use case.
