Services

From the outcome you need to the robots that deliver it.

Four offerings that work separately, but are designed to compound: we scope the goal with you, train the tasks in simulation, run the fleet on one platform, and keep it improving on a service plan.

01

Goal-driven scoping & sourcing

We start from the outcome you need, not the hardware catalog. Together we define the goal, then we source the robots and automation that deliver it — from the right vendors, fully staged.

  • Goal workshops: metrics, facility, and constraints mapped with your team
  • Vendor-agnostic sourcing across humanoids, quadrupeds, arms, and service automation
  • Procurement, shipping, customs, and import compliance handled for you
  • Firmware, calibration, and fleet enrollment before anything reaches your site

02

Simulation-first training

Nothing learns on your floor. Every task lives in simulation first — trained for hundreds to thousands of hours on our in-house GPU compute — and only graduates to hardware once it holds up.

  • A digital twin of your facility, validated before hardware arrives
  • Task training pipelines (MuJoCo → Isaac Lab → sim2sim → hardware)
  • Hundreds to thousands of simulated hours per deployment
  • Sim2real cross-validation against the pinned training stack

03

One infrastructure platform

Our portal is the operating layer for your whole fleet — telemetry, training, service plans, and support in a single system. The same infrastructure our team uses to run yours.

  • Live fleet status and per-robot telemetry dashboards
  • Remote monitoring and diagnostics, with alerting on faults
  • Training data pipeline from robot recordings to retraining runs
  • Role-based access for operators, managers, and our support team

04

Service plans with compute timeshare

Flexible commercial models matched to how you want to own the risk — and every plan includes a timeshare on our training cluster for ongoing customization.

  • License: software-only, for fleets you already own
  • Lease: hardware-inclusive deployments with upgrade paths
  • Compute timeshare for retraining and new-task customization, scaled by plan
  • Service agreements covering maintenance, spares, and on-call support

Not sure which piece you need?

Most deployments start with an assessment. Tell us the use case — we'll recommend the smallest scope that proves it out.
